Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund will be provided in case you are not satisfied with the product in the first 72 hours of purchase and payment mode will be IMPS/NEFT
Following are the details of the return policy that is applicable for all items sold on aryumart.com All Sales are final aryumart.com not eligible for return/replacement if the item is “No longer needed”.
For damaged / defective items, or item not as described, please contact us within 5 days for a free replacement.
All Products listed under a particular category may not have the same return/replacement period.
Kindly check the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.

For Electronics we have 20 days exchange Policy but -
Refunds are not offered on electronics or large appliance purchases. All Sales are final. If damaged / defective items, or item not as described, please contact us within 5 days for a free replacement. You will be directed to a brand service center to resolve any subsequent issues. For Products where installation is provided by ArYuMart’s service partners or brand service provider, please do not open the product packaging by yourself.

Returns Pick-Up and Processing

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.

  1. Complete Product - All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
  2. Unused Product - The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices
  3. Undamaged Product - The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
  4. Undamaged packaging - Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged
The field executive may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met. For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
